How refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made directly with us.

This policy applies to purchases made directly on our main website and billed by us. If you purchased from a merchant using our platform, their refund policy applies to that order.

We evaluate refund requests based on the timing of your request, the service status, and the terms shared at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If a merchant handled your payment, please contact that merchant directly for refund requests.

Non-refundable items

Some items are not eligible for refunds, unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

  • Credits or prepaid balances, including any bonus credits issued.
  • One-time setup fees, onboarding services, or implementation work already delivered.
  • Usage-based fees, transaction fees, or other charges that have already been incurred.
Credits are non-refundable and do not expire unless stated otherwise.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order ID, the email used to purchase, and a brief explanation.

We may ask for additional details to confirm eligibility and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Include your order ID or invoice number.
  • Share the reason for the request and any relevant context.
  • Let us know if you prefer a cancellation instead of a refund.

If an account is suspended or terminated for policy violations, credits are not refundable.

Refund processing times

Once approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks and disputes
